At Site Secure Hostings, we realize that this can be hard and time–consuming. That’s the reason why we will do all that for you at no cost!Our experienced technical team members will migrate your web site content from your present web hosting provider to us. Our technicians have got extensive experience with web site migration and are able to handle everything – from a traditional WordPress–powered blog or Joomla^™–driven site, to a very elaborate, custom–made application.

A: While we can’t give you an exact time interval, because there are many factors, among them the physical size of the web files and databases, the physical location of the current host’s server, the complexity of your site and the current workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we’ll do our very best to transfer your website within 48 hours, and in some cases – within 24 hours (in case the content is not large).

A: Yup. We’ll need the name of the site that you would like us to move. We’ll also require a means to log into your current web hosting account so that we can get the files pertaining to your website.

A: Our Privacy Policy is an inseparable part of the agreement that we will have with you as a customer. We are committed to protecting the security of the private information collected from the customers. To achieve that, we employ technical safety measures so as to avoid the loss, the misappropriation, the modification or the unauthorized leakage of the personal information under our control. The safety measures include, but are not limited to: physical, digital and administrative operations to safeguard and secure the data that we acquire online. When we request customers to supply financial info (such as a credit card number), this info is encrypted using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption method.

A: No. Your website will remain online during the transfer. As soon as everything is completed on our end, we will inform you so that you can preview it and check for problems. If everything’s fine, all you will need to do is update your domain’s DNS records.

A: While we transfer your web content, your hosting provider will not be aware of the migration at all. We will never contact them in any way.

A: We can transfer your web site from any web hosting provider or any Linux–based web hosting platform given that we can get access to the Control Panel and there is File Transfer Protocol access available.The only websites that we can’t transfer are the ones based on closed–source software applications like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square and Mr Site.
